Trip Overview

This trip is open to anyone who wants to join. We will travel remote roads of Northern Baja where we will camp on a private ranch at altitude before traveling down to the coast for some sunshine on the beach. Don’t worry about the what, when and where. Just follow along and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Late winter, just before spring is a great time of year. Expect lots of greenery, some water crossings and some beautiful nights under the stars. Shoot us an email for pricing and details.

Day 01

Caravan from San Diego over the Tecate Border where we will hit the dirt and head down the famous Compadre Trail. Our route will take us down graded dirt roads along the Parque Nacional before we hit the town of Ojos Negros for fuel.  From Ojos Negros we will head east before turning south and climbing up to the famous Mikes Sky Rancho where we will lodge for the night.  Mikes Sky Ranch is a famous remote motel which has been a resting point for explorers of all types for over 50 years.

Day 02
